Despite witnessing much success in these environments, we have also experienced a perceived tension between employee wellness and sustainable company results.

We observed well-intentioned employee assistance programmes (EAPs) that attempted to address this tension but were either too removed from the strategic objectives of the business or too reactive to employee’s needs.
